Custom tools

Tell me what eats your evenings. I'll build the fix.

Every shop has a chore that eats the evening: chasing a reschedule, retyping the same notes, reminding someone to pay. I build small tools around what you already use, like your phone, your calendar, QuickBooks and the Field App, so that chore runs itself.

The customer picks a new time from the reminder. Your calendar updates itself, with no phone tag.

A few tools I build

Each one is set up for your shop, so it works the way you already work.

Around the office

Appointment reminders with a reschedule link

Customers get a reminder the day before, with a link to pick a new time if they need one. Your calendar updates itself, and you get a text. Fewer no-shows, and no phone tag.

Missed-call text-back

When you can't pick up, the caller gets a text within seconds. Their reply comes to you as a lead with a name and number, instead of a voicemail they never left.

Quotes that follow up on their own

A friendly check-in a couple of days after you send a quote, and again a week later, so a yes doesn't slip away while you're out on a job.

Invoice reminders on autopilot

Unpaid invoices get a polite reminder on a schedule you choose, and the reminders stop the moment the customer pays.

On the job

Readings over time

Pool chemistry, an AC system's temperature split, a home's indoor humidity: the readings your tech already takes, graphed for each customer and shown in their report. Care they can see, visit after visit.

The HVAC data-plate reader

Your tech snaps the label on an AC unit, and the tool logs its age, size and refrigerant. You always know which customers are due for a replacement conversation, and the details are ready for warranty registration.

Something else eating your evenings?

These are examples. Tell me about the chore on a 15-minute call. If I can build it well, I'll quote it before I start.

Book a call

How it works

You tell me the chore. What it is, how often it comes up, and what you do about it today. A 15-minute call is usually enough.

I quote it before I build it. You know the price before any work starts.

I build it around what you use, and we test it together on real jobs before it goes to your customers.

I keep it running. If something changes or doesn't look right, text me, and I'm the one who answers.

Common questions

How much does a tool cost?

It depends on the tool, so I quote each one before I build it. For tools that send texts, the quote includes the carrier registration and texting costs.

Will I have to learn new software?

No. The tools run on what you already use: text messages, email, your calendar and, if you have it, the LMW Field App.

Can you build something that isn't on this page?

Yes. These are examples. Tell me the chore that eats your evenings, and if I can build it well, I'll quote it.

What would you hand off first?

Book a 15-minute call and tell me about the chore. I'll tell you whether a tool can take it off your plate, and what it would cost.
