How do you price a cleaning — by the hour or a flat rate?
A flat rate, so you know the number before we start. It's based on the size of your home and whether it's a standard or deep clean; tell Sol your square footage and how often, and you'll get a ballpark right away. Recurring visits are less per clean than a one-time.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No — many customers give us a door code or leave a key and come home to a finished house. You get the same background-checked crew each visit, so you always know who's there.
Do you bring your own supplies, and are they pet- and kid-safe?
Yes, we bring everything — vacuum, cloths, and cleaners. We can use low-odor, pet- and kid-safe products on request; just let us know about any allergies or sensitivities when you book.
What if I'm not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean whatever was missed, free. Our 24-hour re-clean guarantee covers every visit — standard, deep, or move-out.
